Ice Breaking Session - An Introduction To Wiki

In a pair, write a simple bibliography using wikis on one of your friends in classroom describing his or her personal information, things that makes them special and career ambition that you think suit them. Once completed, your partner needs to edit and make changes to his or her bibliography for any mistakes made. Your partner will takes turn and doing the same in creating a wiki page on your bibliography.

 

 

IBS: Friend and I in wikis (1 hour project)

1. Chose your partner to do his or her bibliography

2. Get to know your partner by doing a simple interview with them

3. In your partner bibliography, you should include the following information:

 

• Your partner's name and email address
• Home address
• Number of siblings
• Parents occupation
• Career ambition

4. Take photo of your partner and upload it to your partner wikis page

5. You can introduce your partner by recording your audio file using Evoca.com. Please register yourself to set up an account with it.

6. Later on, you need to make links to your partner bibliography in Students under the E-Portfolio section
